看你的宏怎么写的估计是用 /castrandom 或者/userandom写的,那就在/castrandom 或者/userandom之后的第一个空格后面加上个[nomounted],再在宏的最后加一句 /dismount [mounted]
直接在BUFF那里右键点掉就下了，多简单
