b你最好问别人（意思指被问者自己也不知道。）主要是else，指别的人。
b干到现在好些了吗。好些了吗是一个比较级,好一些，那一些肯定是any了。c肯定不对，a quite用在肯定句比较好，比如回答者说我好些了可以用I feel quite better, thank you.
a不用说了，比较级加the，只有a对。
a 地盘的话，place是平面地方，指没有足够的地盘来挪动这个桌子。room通常指空间的方面，比如这个房间堆不下更多的东西了，因为空间不足。
