没有区别，两个完全一样count是统计某一个集合里有多少个东西的含数，直接统计：例如：select count(*) from 表，表示统计表里有多少记录里面再有函数：。例如：select count(case when a=b then 1 else 0 end) from 表，表示统计列a=列b的行数。
