Due to the increasing of the university students and the imbalance of demanding of human resource on the development of economic, there are some problems of employment in a certain area.

二、高职院校的学生具有较多的操作技能，专业设置也比较接近社会的需要，故在很多方面可能比纯理论的大学生更易找到工作。

The students who from the higher vocation and technical school are rich of manipulative skill, and their majors are near to the society, so they are more easier to find a job in many places than those who study only pure knowledge.

三、即使就业普遍较难，但也不是绝对的，还要看自己的实力如何，心态如何，适应性如何，甚至是社会关系如何。只要有真才实学，是金子总要发光的。

Even though it is rather hard for employment all over, it is not absolute; we must think of how is our capability, our altitude, our flexibility even our social relationship. What an important thing is if we really mastered professional knowledge and skills. Gold will shine like gold one day.
