I'm writing this letter to express some of my personnal perspectives on how to make students strong.Firstly,it"s essential to keep a balance diet to provide enough energy for a day's hard work of students.Secondiy,insist doing exercise like running is really important to have a healthy body.Last but not least,never stay up late so that you can keep a promise to getting up early to make a better preparation for a whole new day.
