最简单的方法就是，删除工作空间下的.metadata文件夹报的错误很明显，org.eclipse.ui.internal.WorkbenchPlugin 这个插件不可用了如果你不知道这个插件是哪个，只有把所有plugin全部删掉了如果知道是哪个，.metadata/.plugin下删掉就可以
